Taking pastel classes for the past year with Melissa has been a great experience for me. She teaches to a variety of community artists, all at different levels of expertise from beginning to advanced. I think everyone learns from her experience, ability to convey a lesson, and her positive feedback to students. She gives one-on-one comments and suggestions, all in an open and encouraging manner.
